Wood substitutes

Wood-effect plastic materials

Eco Plank

An innovative material made from post-industrial recycled plastic (HDPE/PE/PP/PA/PVC). This plastic is an excellent wood substitute for those seeking environmentally friendly products. The material can be recycled again to create new products of any shape.

The use of Eco Plank in street furniture guarantees durability and a long product lifespan. It allows for maintenance-free operation without troublesome and costly upkeep. In environments with high biological activity (forests, parks, gardens), the material is resistant to rot, moisture, decay, microbes, and insects. It is perfect for the shores of water bodies: pools, lakes, rivers, and seas.

Using recycled plastics significantly reduces the demand for raw materials. By managing waste, we actively contribute to environmental protection. The material is non-toxic and does not chemically interact with organic matter. Over years of use, it remains neat, intact, and colour-fast.

The manufacturer notes that the actual colour of the material may slightly differ from the presentation in photos or renders. Currently, we offer three colours of Eco Plank:

stone grey ● earthy brown ● sand yellow

Eco Plank is available exclusively with products from the following series: Flash, Bergen and Resto

The most important advantages of the product include:

  • use of recycled plastic (protection of natural resources and the environment);
  • exceptional durability and long lifespan;
  • total resistance to rot, cracking, decay, and microorganisms;
  • high resistance to weather conditions: moisture, UV radiation, and temperature fluctuations.

High Pressure Laminate (HPL)

High-pressure laminates in our offer provide a modern substitute for wooden elements. The use of HPL panels requires appropriate adaptation of the furniture structure. Their key advantage is extreme resistance to external factors – they are much more resistant to strong sunlight, wind, and moisture than natural wood. HPL is a flame-retardant material. Advanced production technology ensures that the laminates maintain their aesthetic appearance for a very long time.

Wood-effect HPL board

Duroplastic high-pressure laminate (HPL) compliant with the strict EN 438-6 type EDF standard. Thanks to a layer of double-cured acrylic-polyurethane resins, the material exhibits extraordinary resistance to ageing.

HPL panels are mainly used in street furniture exposed to harsh conditions. Below we present examples of using laminate in shelters, tables, and furniture from the Bus series.
